Expansion of production and logistics hall with energy-efficient doors
Schwingshandl automation technology supplies customised intralogistics solutions worldwide. They plan, design and manufacture solutions that fit into existing processes like a piece of a puzzle.
In the last few years, both office and production facilities have been steadily expanding. In April 2023, the expansion of the production and logistics hall in Holzhausen began.
Existing SCHNEIDER ISO40 sectional doors were dismantled in the first step so that they could be reinstalled in the new building.
In addition, one further new SCHNEIDER ISO40 sectional door and an energy-efficient AL603EEF folding door were supplied.
The SCHNEIDER AL603EEF folding door with the innovative EEF (Energy Efficient Frame) aluminium frame technology sets new standards in terms of energy efficiency, design and sustainability.
The thermal separation of the newly developed and patented door frame profile reduces heat loss and achieves a U-value of up to 1.08 W/m²K, depending on the size and design.
