Fire Department Seewalchen am Attersee
A New Home for Emergency Response and Safety
After 45 years in the old building behind the town hall, it was time for a fresh start for the Voluntary Fire Department Seewalchen am Attersee. With the increasing number of personnel, responsibilities, and vehicles, a modern fire station became essential. Following a three-year planning and construction phase, the new building was officially opened in August 2024.
The new fire station was designed with a focus on state-of-the-art equipment and sustainability. It combines a highly functional operations center with rooms for the team and standard-compliant parking bays for emergency vehicles. A separate wash bay also enables professional vehicle maintenance.
SCHNEIDER Torsysteme proudly supplied four robust AL602F aluminum folding doors. Equipped with real glass, these doors stylishly showcase the emergency vehicles while ensuring safety and efficiency. In the auxiliary building, high-quality ISO40 sectional doors were also installed, impressing with their functionality and durability.
We thank the Seewalchen Voluntary Fire Department and the local community for their trust and wish them continued success and safety in their new fire station.
